Summit Baptist Church is a Southern Baptist Church and part of an association of churches in the Cochise Baptist Association. Our pastor David Carns and his family arrived in southern Arizona in July of 2000 as missionaries with the North American Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention. By September 7th of that year Summit had its first meeting as a handful of believers came together to read and study the bible. Over the years we have been a Christian presence in the town of Huachuca City, the surrounding communities, and the world sharing the gospel and sharing the love of Jesus.
